The prints arrived the incorrect size and without requested adjustments. When I contacted the owner the prints were reprinted to the correct size and adjustments without question.
However, the prints were rolled around the outside of a tube and held in place by bands which distorted the prints. I haven't tried ironing them but I'm not sure what else I could try.
Other shops have sent prints inside a tube which prevents this problem.
